Roles & Responsibilities:
• Strategize, review and execute the overall digital strategy to drive sales through quality leads

Qualifications and Experience
At least Graduate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or any other relevant field;
Post Graduated would be accorded priority.
Proven experience of at least 7-8 years as C-suite Executive/ Senior Management/ any other
relevant role.
A demonstrative track record of achievement such as progression on leadership roles, Strategic
planning, business development and operational success.
Proven ability to effectively leverage organizational resources (financial, personnel and
technological, etc.) to meet budget, revenue and profit goals.
Understanding of advanced business planning, principles of financial analytics and regulatory
issues.
Experience in supply chain management and logistics in large and geographically dispersed spaces,
planning and/or executing progressive marketing initiatives, and bringing new processes online will
be accorded preference.
Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
Working knowledge of data analysis, designing and evaluating performance/operation metrics.
Experience in International Business and Fund Raising will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in (Reading, Writing and Speaking) of English and Hindi language. Working knowledge
of any other Indian vernacular language will be favourable for the candidate.
