Dhwani Paresh Dattani, a seasoned finance professional, has tendered her resignation from her role as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel at Suumaya. With over 8 years of experience in the field of finance and taxation, Dhwani has made significant contributions to our organization during her tenure.

Dhwani’s journey with Suumaya began with her appointment as the Chief Financial Officer, where she brought her extensive expertise and strategic skills to the table. She was well-versed in soft skills and modeling tools, and possessed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Dhwani’s commitment to her role and her ability to develop effective financial strategies made her a valuable asset to our company.

After completing her Commerce degree, Dhwani pursued her Chartered Accountancy and semi-qualified CFA from Mumbai. Prior to joining Suumaya, she had garnered diverse experience by working with renowned organizations such as Deloitte India, BDO India, Acquisory Consulting, Reliance Communications, and co-founding a financial consultancy firm, Green Capital.
Dhwani’s expertise encompassed various areas, including the valuation of equity shares and ESOPs for regulatory compliance, fundraising and investment banking transactions, assisting corporates in interacting with investor analysts, and arranging funding through credit and equity resources. Additionally, she possessed extensive knowledge in advising SME clients on forming a Category II AIF.

Throughout her career, Dhwani worked with clients across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, textiles, NBFC, entertainment, supply chain finance, and more. Her passion for business and unwavering faith in Suumaya’s vision and values made her an invaluable member of our team. She consistently provided crucial insights and strategic guidance that helped our company grow and succeed.
